Shipping and pickup
We ship with InPost, a Polish carrier: to a parcel locker (PLN 15.00) or by courier to your address (PLN 22.00).
We dispatch within 3 working days of receiving your payment, and InPost usually delivers within 1–2 working days inside Poland. You can also collect your order in person near Warsaw, free of charge.
Once the parcel is sent you will get an e-mail with a tracking link.
You have 14 days to return an item without giving a reason. Returns and complaints are described in the shop terms (in Polish).
Where the money goes
The shop is run by the Chartoterapia Foundation. All profit goes towards treatment, rehabilitation and foster homes for the sighthounds in our care.
